Terms and Conditions
REFUNDS:
Tailored Sknn Aesthetics has a strict ‘no refund’ policy on purchases and booking fees if you simply change your mind, if you are deemed unsuitable for a treatment by our Registered Nurse, or if it is deemed unnecessary, unneeded, or unwarranted. In these cases, the booking fee will be charged to cover the time allocated for your consultation. Unless we are required by law to provide a refund, or if we agree at our absolute discretion to provide a full or partial refund, our fees will not be refunded under any circumstances (for example, if you are not satisfied with the aesthetic outcome of your treatment). Nothing in this agreement is intended to exclude any rights or guarantees to which you are entitled under Australian Consumer Law. Due to the nature of cosmetic injectables and skin treatments, refunds are not applicable. Treatments and services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics.

CANCELLATIONS:
Your booking fee will be forfeited in the following situations:

Deciding at the time of your appointment not to proceed with your treatment;

Failure to attend your appointment;

Cancelling your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time;

Arriving 10 or more minutes late to your appointment.
If for any reason we waived the booking fee at the time of booking and you cancel in circumstances that fall within (1)–(4) above, a cancellation fee of $100 will apply. Booking fees for cosmetic injectables or any other treatment at Tailored Sknn Aesthetics are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This booking fee can only be redeemed against services on the day of your consultation. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.
Unconfirmed appointments will automatically be cancelled. In the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited. All booking fees for cosmetic or skin treatments are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with your treatment outcome, Tailored Sknn Aesthetics reserves the right not to remedy the issue without a follow-up appointment being attended by the patient. Due to the nature of cosmetic treatments, Tailored Sknn Aesthetics also reserves the right to refuse a remedy if you do not notify us of an adverse reaction or unsatisfactory result within two weeks of your treatment.
